Matthew Bozoian Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, Matthew enjoys connecting with candidates and learning about their needs and interests. His background in sales and recruiting helps him to effectively communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure they succeed in positions they enjoy. Matthew is passionate about supporting and helping candidates find opportunities that will better their career goals.

He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Business and Marketing. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys golf and being a Minnesota sports fan. His favorite Minnesota sports team is the Minnesota Vikings.

Brandon Groenhoff Director of Sales and Operations

As a Director of Sales and Operations, Brandon oversees recruiting, sales and digital marketing. He has 17 years of sales management experience and is passionate about helping people grow in their career. He is dedicated to maintaining a high performing team, building relationships with clients and finding the best talents. Over the years, he has been told that he can quickly assess someone’s talents and help put them in the right position.

Brandon believes that the best relationships are built on trust and listening is the best way to build that trust. He also believes that a great leader should focus on people’s strengths and help maximize those strengths.

He graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2002 and a MBA in Leadership in 2009. In his spare time, he is an active member of Crossfit in Farmington, MN where he has experienced some of the most intense workouts.  He also loves spending time with his family, walking his dog and taking care of his lawn.

Lana Senenfelder Customer Service and Operations Manager

As the Customer Service and Operations Manager at Verum Technical, Lana Senenfelder is supporting our team with the back-office paperwork, advertising our open positions, and assisting with sourcing and recruiting efforts when needed to help fill our open roles.

Lana has supported a variety of individuals and teams over the years.  She has adapted to the various industries and personalities which makes her an asset to our ever changing industry and team at Verum.  She maintains a smile with every conversation and makes the task/ project seem effortless.

Lana has volunteered her time with various non-profits hoping to make a difference.  Her passion has been supporting others which has given her the confidence in managing / supervising and being a team leader.  She makes it look easy in keeping our office processes organized by coordinating projects that are time sensitive and easily pivoting when priorities change.

Lana believes that volunteering is a giving of oneself.  Everyone needs to engage in some kind of activity whether it be physical or a monetary need.  We all have something to give that will be a benefit to another.  We feel better about ourselves and we learn something about ourselves and others in the process.  Her greatest joy is spending time with her three grand-daughters.  Every visit is a new adventure.  She enjoys traveling when the opportunity presents itself.

Amy Lehman Technical Recruiter

Wendy Benning Swanson President/CEO

As the visionary and culture creator at Verum Technical, Wendy is at the helm of the ship.

Her mission statement is, “I am a visionary leader driven by empowering others to find their inner truth in order to align them with their most powerful self.”

Wendy’s vision goes beyond the office doors. She noticed that the staffing industry has a missing link – a heartfelt connection between candidates, clients, and staffing agency employees. By building this win-win-win connection, she plans to improve the image of staffing agencies.

Wendy graduated from Saint Catherine’s University in Saint Paul, MN with a BA in Biology in 1998 and a MAOL in Organizational Leadership in 2012. She loves to read leadership books and is constantly working on ways to improve Verum Technical.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves to travel, and enjoys camping. Not everyone knows she lived in Tasmania, Australia for one year during college and conducted rainforest research in Panama after graduating.

Michael Benning Technical Recruiter / Account Manager

As an Account Manager for Verum Technical, Michael works with larger clients to fill their staffing needs and with candidates to discover the best connections. Michael’s ability to listen and understand what clients want makes it easy to find the right candidate. His dedication to follow through smooths communication and keeps the process flowing.

He graduated from Hamline University with a B.A. in Management. After working in the construction industry, he traded in his tools for an office, attracted to an interesting and empowering team environment.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys following his nieces’ and nephews’ sporting events as the Professional Uncle. His favorite book is “Think and Grow Rich.”
